The 4th US-Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry (USBCCI) Business Expo and Global SME Fair 2025 will be held on November 21–22 at the Hilton LaGuardia Airport Hotel in New York.
The announcement came during a press conference held on Wednesday (August 20) at Greater Nexus in Jamaica, New York.
Speaking at the press briefing, USBCCI President and CEO Md. Liton Ahmed said the event will create a major opportunity to strengthen bilateral trade relations between the United States and Bangladesh. He noted that the main objective is to bring together diaspora entrepreneurs, small and medium businesses, investors, and policymakers to build a global business platform.
USBCCI Director Sheikh Forhad highlighted that alongside the exhibition, there will be B2B meetings, business seminars, networking sessions, and the Global Business Excellence Awards.
Director Ahad Ali, CPA, stated that the fair would provide Bangladeshi businesses with a unique chance to integrate into the mainstream US business network, adding that Bangladeshi expatriates will benefit the most from this platform.
Another director, Ismail Ahmed, emphasized that the goal is to create a bridge for entrepreneurs to establish sustainable businesses in both the US and global markets. Director Md. Badaruddoza Sagor expressed hope that the expo would open new opportunities for Bangladesh’s SME sector in the global market while creating fresh investment possibilities for diaspora businesses.
Bangladeshi community media journalists in the United States attended the press briefing.
