Bangladeshi Youth Killed in Road Accident in Florida’s Miami

Miami, Florida (May 24, local time): A Bangladeshi youth, Imamus Sheikh, was killed in a road accident in Miami, United States.

The incident occurred around 2:00 a.m. on Sunday at the intersection of South West 10th Avenue and Third Street. According to a member of the Miami-Dade County Police and Fire Rescue team, the accident involved a pedestrian collision with a white private vehicle.

Police reports say the 34-year-old Imamus Sheikh worked at Miami International Airport. He was reportedly returning home after completing his duty when he was struck from behind by the vehicle. He died at the scene.

News of his death has cast a shadow of grief over the Bangladeshi community in Miami. Community members described him as a cheerful and well-known figure within the local Muslim community.
