The popular Bangladeshi band Orthohin will perform live in New York at the Flushing Hindu Temple on November 30, presented by Utshob Group. The concert will feature the band’s lead singer Sumon and his team. The event is organized by Music Bangla Boston, with Event USA Entertainment and ASA as supporting partners.
At a press conference held on November 24 at Nobanno Party Hall, Jackson Heights, New York, organizers shared details of the concert. The press briefing, hosted by popular TV and stage presenter Sadia Khandkar, included appearances by Parvez, owner of Music Bangla Boston; Rayhan Zaman, president and CEO of Utshob Group; Enam Chowdhury, president and CEO of Event USA Entertainment; Arifuzzaman Arif, president and CEO of Pink Noise; Nasrin Ahmed, senior legal immigration consultant at Chatri & Chatri Associates; and Syed Imam Bulbul of IR Entertainment.
Organizers highlighted that Music Bangla Boston has provided the platform for Orthohin to perform for Bangladeshi audiences in North America. The band has previously received enthusiastic responses in multiple U.S. states, and fans in America, just like in Bangladesh, are eagerly awaiting their performance. Organizers and sponsors were also acknowledged for their support in making the event possible.
Orthohin, formed in 1999, is one of Bangladesh’s most popular bands. Their debut album “Trimatrik” was released in 2000, and their latest album “Phoenix-er Diary” came out in 2023. While primarily a rock band, Orthohin has also excelled in heavy metal performances, adding to their diverse musical appeal.
